Salsa Lessons at Dance Pink Will Benefit A Silver Lining Foundation

Temperatures may be dropping outside, but the fun heats up indoors with an evening of sizzling Latin Dance music. Dance Pink presents the sultry event from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21 at Rumba (351 W. Hubbard St., Chicago).

The night features a salsa lesson, raffle prizes and an opportunity to dance with Chicago's top instructors. Advance tickets are available for $35, which includes a buffet from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., and one complimentary drink. Tickets are $50 at the door. The best part? Proceeds from the event will benefit A Silver Lining Foundation.

Dance Pink is committed to raising awareness about the higher-risk and less positive outcomes of breast cancer among low-income and uninsured women, and to raise funds to increase access to early detection and affordable screening. It's the perfect match for A Silver Lining Foundation, which ensures dignified, respectful and equal access to quality cancer education and services for all, by creating meaningful partnerships with community, advocacy and healthcare organizations.
